AirMini and Transcend Micro: compare the travel setup
AirMini and Transcend Micro are compact PAP options with different accessory systems.

AirMini and Transcend Micro are compact PAP options with different accessory systems. Resmed lists AirMini tubing and supported mask setup packs. Transcend separately lists Micro and Micro 510 devices, filters and other accessories. Treat these as exact configurations, not as a single generic travel-machine category in which every hose, filter or humidification part is interchangeable.
Compare what must fit in the bag: device, prescribed mask, air path, power supply, destination plug adapter and any approved battery. Then compare the moisture-management arrangement and replacement supplies. HumidX and AirMist are different named systems; check their instructions and supported interfaces rather than assuming a cartridge can move between them.
We reviewed source listings and did not measure sound, battery runtime or sleep outcomes. A smaller device can still require a substantial accessory kit, and airline acceptance must be confirmed directly. Before buying, ask the provider to verify the entire prescribed setup and calculate the real travel cost from current quotations, including recurring consumables.
